Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using TornHost infrastructure ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Hosting Services
TornHost provides game server hosting and computing infrastructure, primarily for Minecraft, Discord bots, and related game software. We reserve the right to modify or enhance infrastructure with reasonable notice.
3. Payment & Recurring Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled in your billing portal.
- Prices are displayed in EUR/USD and include any stated hardware allocations.
- If a recurring charge fails, we provide a 7-day grace window before service suspension occurs.
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the currently paid billing period.
4. 72-Hour Refund Guarantee
New subscriptions are eligible for a 100% full refund within 72 hours of initial purchase upon request via our Discord support desk, provided no terms or abuse violations have occurred.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The following activities are strictly prohibited on all TornHost infrastructure and will result in immediate termination:
- Cryptocurrency mining & stressers: Running crypto miners, botnet command servers, DDoS attack scripts, or packet generators.
- Malicious software: Distributing trojans, phishing kits, ransomware, or exploits.
- Unlawful content: Hosting illegal material or copyright-infringing content.
- Security circumvention: Attempting to escape container sandboxes, bypass firewall rules, or probe other node tenants.
6. Data Ownership & Backups
You retain 100% full ownership of all game data, world files, plugins, and custom configurations uploaded to your servers. We recommend maintaining regular local backup downloads in addition to our automated snapshot system.
